Now Hiring for an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Wabash Valley Youth for Christ (YFC) is seeking a mission-driven, relational, and visionary leader to serve as our next Executive Director. This individual will provide spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership to advance YFC’s mission of reaching young people with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. The Executive Director provides overall leadership for the organization, including staff and volunteer development, fundraising and donor relations, community partnerships, collaboration with the local Board of Directors, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to Christ, a passion for youth ministry, and the ability to build strong relationships with churches, donors, schools, and community leaders.

Key Qualifications Include:

• A growing, vibrant Christian faith and agreement with Youth for Christ’s Statement of Faith

• Proven leadership experience in ministry, nonprofit, or organizational leadership

• Strong communication, relational, and fundraising skills, with the ability to cast vision and lead teams with integrity
